Downloads reset on the first of each month (UTC). Unused downloads do not roll over. Word-only: e-signature sending and automatic Adobe field import are not included.

Do I need to recreate my documents?
No. Start with a .docx file you already use, then add variables and rules in the builder. Always review the generated document before using it.
Can I use the free plan without a card?
Yes. Free includes one saved template and the builder. A Starter subscription is needed to download generated Word documents.
Does Contraqt send documents for signature?
No. Contraqt prepares editable Word documents. Sending, signing and configuring e-signature fields remain separate steps in your chosen service.
What happens if I cancel?
When canceled at the end of the billing period, Starter stays available until that period ends. Afterwards, downloads stop. Only your newest template stays editable; older templates remain saved and locked until you renew. You must be within the Free limit before adding another.
